How Core Peptides uses your details.

Information we collect

• Name, email, phone, shipping address, and organisation/lab where provided.
• Order details, selected products, and payment status from Stripe.
• Account, saved checkout profile, marketing consent status, optional WhatsApp tracking consent, and order history where applicable.
• Referral code attribution, discount eligibility checks, and affiliate commission records when the affiliate programme is enabled.
• For manual affiliate payouts, the agreed payout method, payment reference and payment date. Payment arrangements are handled directly rather than through the public website.
• Optional, anonymised website usage data when you choose to allow analytics.

How it is used

• To process orders, compliance checks, dispatch, and account access.
• To provide COA and order documents to the purchaser.
• To respond to customer support and operational messages.
• To send a dispatch and tracking notification through WhatsApp only when you actively select that option for the order.
• To prefill future checkout details and send opted-in stock or account updates.
• To keep records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• To prevent self-referrals and referral abuse by comparing account, contact, and delivery details.

Processors and retention

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Optional WhatsApp dispatch notifications are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform when you select that option. Optional website analytics are handled by Google Analytics only after you select “Allow analytics” in the site preference notice. You can choose “Essential only” and still use the storefront. If referrals are enabled, a signed referral cookie may be kept for up to 30 days. We keep order records for operational, tax, accounting and compliance purposes, and restrict access to people who need it to run the service.

Your rights

You can contact orders@core-peptides.co.uk to withdraw WhatsApp tracking consent before dispatch or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where those rights apply under UK data protection law.

We do not sell order data to third-party marketing platforms from this site.
