Refunds

Contact orders@core-peptides.co.uk with your order reference before returning anything. This policy applies alongside, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Before dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch where stock, payment, or compliance checks cannot be completed.
• Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the order has already entered dispatch handling, it will be treated as a return request.

Unopened returns

• You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The product must remain unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered.
• Change-of-mind returns must be sent by an agreed tracked service. The customer is responsible for return postage.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept a peptide, bacteriostatic water or other batch-controlled research product that has been opened, unsealed, reconstituted, used, tampered with, stored incorrectly or otherwise had its integrity or temperature-controlled handling compromised. These restrictions protect product traceability and prevent returned research materials from being resold.

Damaged, incorrect or defective deliveries

Contact orders@core-peptides.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Where we confirm that an item was damaged in transit, supplied incorrectly or defective on delivery, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any authorised return cost.

Compliance refusal

We may cancel or refund an order where the intended use appears inconsistent with research-only supply requirements.
