Refunds

Contact orders@core-peptides.co.uk with your order reference for cancellation or return instructions. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Before dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch where stock, payment, or compliance checks cannot be completed.
• Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Dispatch does not remove any statutory cancellation right.

Statutory consumer cancellation

• Where the statutory right applies to an online consumer purchase, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the final part arrives.
• Notify us clearly by email, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation; a tracked service is recommended, not required.
• Refunds are due within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method and including any standard outbound delivery charge. Any premium-delivery excess is excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.
• A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Legal exceptions

A cancellation exception applies only where the law permits it. In particular, the sealed health or hygiene exception applies only to qualifying goods once unsealed after delivery. Research-only wording, batch control or our inability to resell an item does not by itself remove your cancellation rights.

Damaged, incorrect or defective deliveries

Please report problems promptly with your order reference and relevant photographs. This is not a 48-hour limit on your statutory rights. Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled under the applicable consumer rights, including the short-term right to reject where it applies. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Compliance refusal

We may cancel or refund an order where the intended use appears inconsistent with research-only supply requirements.
