Shipping terms

• Free UK delivery is included in product pricing.
• Orders dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service after payment and review. Products marked with a lead time remain available to order and are prepared before dispatch.
• Tracking will be emailed once dispatched and shown in your account profile where available. If you separately opt in at checkout, the same transactional tracking details may also be sent through WhatsApp.
• You must provide complete shipping details at checkout.
• Temperature-sensitive and fragile products must be handled immediately on arrival per batch documentation.
• Orders may be held or cancelled where delivery details, recipient details, or intended use raise compliance concerns.
